Problem: Video takes a long time to load.
Solution: Make sure you are not downloading or uploading anything at the same time because this will cause the stream to load slower.
Problem: Video doesn't show up.
Solution: The video player might not be compatible with your web browser. For best results, use Microsoft Internet Explorer or install the IE Tab add-on in Mozilla Firefox. It may not be the fastest and most secure browser but it works.
Another reason might be that you have not installed the WebPlayer, You will be automatically prompted to install the ActiveX control when you try to watch the stream.
Install the Web Player
Before you can watch channels, you need to install the WebPlayer software which is necessary to watch the streams.
You need to install the SopCast and TVU WebPlayer to watch these streams.You will be automatically prompted to install the ActiveX control when you try to watch the stream.
Manually Install the SopCast WebPlayer
Download SopCastOcx.zip from http://download.sopcast.cn/download/SopCastOcx.zip. After unpack it with Winzip or Winrar to a directory with the default SopCast, run install.bat.
Manually Install the TVU WebPlayer
You will be automatically prompted to install the ActiveX control when you try to watch the stream.
Install Web Player in Internet Explorer
You will be automatically prompted to install the ActiveX control when you try to watch the stream. Select Install in order to watch the stream.
Install Web Player in IE Tab using Firefox
You will be automatically prompted to install the ActiveX control when you try to watch the stream. Select Install in order to watch the stream.
Use Internet Explorer or IE Tab
You need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer in order to watch these streams. If you're using Mozilla Firefox, install the IE Tab Add-on in order to watch using Firefox.

How do I start watching?
After selecting the channel you want to watch in Live Streams, click on the play button to start loading the video. This time it takes to load the video may vary depending on your internet speed so be patient.
